3. Bedding size

Depending on your build or size, whether you sleep alone or with your partner, it’s important to choose a bed width that’s wide enough for you to sleep well, considering that you’ll be moving around on average 30 to 40 times a night.
For couples, give priority to bedding of at least 160 x 200, as this will give you the latitude to move around while you sleep.

If you sleep alone, we advise you to choose bedding that allows you to stretch out your legs properly, i.e. at least 20cm higher than your waist.

4. Sleeping independence

This criterion is essential when choosing new bedding, and even more so when there are two of you (2) and you’re a restless sleeper.
The suspension of a mattress determines the independence of the sleeping position.

Give preference to pocket-spring mattresses for total sleeping independence. The springs, when independent, can dampen movements, so that the person sleeping with you doesn’t feel your movements.
